FAQ
How is this different from the built-in Photos app?
Photos you take here stay inside the app and do not appear in your camera roll or iCloud. You only export when you choose to.
Is my content locked or protected?
Yes. The app can be locked with Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN, and it auto-locks when you leave the app.
Where are my photos and videos stored?
Everything is stored locally on your device. The app doesn't upload to a server and doesn't collect analytics tied to you.
What happens if I delete the app or switch devices?
Your captures are stored only on the device, so deleting the app or switching devices won't carry them over. If you purchase with the same Apple ID, you can restore your purchase on a new device, but your existing captures won't be recovered.
How do export and sharing work?
Exporting is always manual. When you choose Export, we show a quick reminder, then open the system share sheet so you can save to Photos or send the file. Nothing leaves the app unless you explicitly export.
